What I sell

I build distributed systems, AI-native or not, and I restore the ones that are slow, expensive, or failing in front of customers. The Reliability Pipeline ships with all of it: not a separate product, but how the work leaves my hands. There are two ways to hire me.

Per project

To ship a system: you describe the operation, I deliver the system running, with the pipeline built in.

Billed per project, plus a maintenance fee after delivery: the system stays yours, and looking after it stays with me.

Diagnosis and surgery

For a system in production that is slow, expensive, or failing in front of customers. The diagnosis measures it, names the cause with evidence, and lays out the surgery plan in a report and a conversation. The surgery changes only what has to change.

Diagnosis comes first, at a fixed scope and price, and ends in a verdict: whether the surgery is worth it. Surgery is billed by the hour.

The scope

Backend and infrastructure

Integration, data, cost, and operations: the part without AI that decides whether the AI stays up. It is where I come from, in payment systems.

Agents in your process

A team of models running the process under a single pipeline: origin, ceiling, and release hold for the whole system.

Custom chatbot

Answers in your name, within what it may say and what it may spend, with people watching the conversations and the power to take over on the spot.

Content in your name

Publishes in your process and your voice: the review names the reason, and nothing goes live without a person.

What stays out

  • Not a platform: no license, no subscription. What I ship stays yours, and maintenance is a service, not rent.

  • Not a squad: the person you hire is the person who does the work, in your context and with your team.

  • Not prompt fixes: a better prompt is a tweak. What I sell is engineering and operations.

  • Not a promised number: numbers come in after the pipeline starts measuring, with a source I can defend.

  • Not a price list: a project and a surgery are not the same size, and the price comes out of a conversation about your system.

Project or diagnosis, the conversation starts with your system, not with my method.
