In the latest version there is a talk-to-an-agent button that appears after the first turn and fires several notifications on the platform, push included.

In the latest version, the request-for-service signal is a talk-to-an-agent button that appears after the first turn and sends several notifications on the platform, push included.

The design lines up with what is recommended: the exit exists, it shows up early, and it is explicit. And I reinforced the side that depended on me — the alert arrives through several paths at once, so it does not rely on a single one.

What this arrangement does not control is the other side of the button. All the effort is in delivering the alert; none of it is in guaranteeing someone will be there to answer when it arrives.
