It warns, it tries to continue, and it misses what already arrived

The notice that someone from the team will be paged goes out, the collection continues so the lead is not lost, but the form filled in the first message is not captured.

This is how it works: Aura warns that it will page someone from the team, who is probably marked away for inactivity. It then tries to continue in order to capture the lead, asking for data and information to make the handover easier when someone is present.

But I noticed that if the person sends the form filled in, it does not capture the data and does not fill the fields right there in the first message of the turn.

The part that bothers me is which visitor pays that price. It is the one who cooperated most, the one who anticipated what would be asked. The flow treats their cooperation as if it had not happened.
